When using our shuttle pickup form, we collect the following personal data:

• Phone number

• Vehicle license plate
• Number of persons
• Time of request

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed exclusively for the purpose of coordinating and carrying out your shuttle pickup from the airport parking area. This includes:

• Identifying you and your vehicle at the pickup location
• Contacting you through our driver if necessary
• Organizing shuttle transport

The processing of your personal data is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – Processing is necessary for the performance of the parking and shuttle service contract.
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – Your consent, which you provide by submitting the form.

Your data is shared exclusively with our shuttle drivers and pickup personnel. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data will be stored for a maximum of 90 days after the pickup is completed and will then be automatically deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

If you have consented to being contacted for marketing purposes, your data will be retained beyond the regular retention period until you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

9. Technical Notes

Our pickup form does not use tracking cookies. Only temporary session storage in the browser is used to display the status of your current pickup request. This data is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab.
